Dr. Sarah-Rae Andreski is a licensed clinical psychologist providing virtual therapy to clients across California and Michigan. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she specializes in trauma-informed, evidence-based care for individuals navigating the lasting impact of trauma, operational stress, and life transitions. Her work is deeply rooted in helping people move from survival mode into meaningful, connected living.

Dr. Andreski grew up in Metro Detroit Michigan, and continues to remain committed to the present and future success of Detroit through her more than 12 years of working with Life Remodeled. She completed her Bachelor's of Arts degrees in English, Spanish Language and Literature and Psychology from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan in 2009. She then attended Palo Alto University in California where she completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology and her PhD in 2014. She completed several years of clinical training in various VA hospitals across the country and her Internship at the Syracuse VA with an emphasis in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Trauma. She then received additional training through a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Long Beach VA Medical Center in Spinal Cord Injury/Disease. Her work has remained deeply rooted in Veterans healthcare, and she spent 5 years working with the US Navy as a civilian with an expertise in Posttraumatic Stress and Emergency Services. She has worked alongside Law Enforcement and First Responders through both treatment and offering training and education in Veterans Awareness. When not in the office, Sarah-Rae can be found in a coffee shop or scoping out new Farmers Markets.
